As this news comes as a shock to the DSO organization, we share in the frustration about the abrupt cancellation by the Skull & Roses Festival. This experience is rare in our scene, it creates a ripple effect all the way down the chain, and underscores how important community is in times like this.
MORE SHOWS ADDED TO SUMMER 2024

A handful of shows have been added to Dark Star Orchestra's Summer 2024 itinerary, starting with a show at Santa Fe Brewing Company on July 9, followed by a midweek stop at Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas on July 10. A few weeks later, the band returns to the Stone Pony Summer Stage in Asbury Park, NJ on July 21.
PARIS / LONDON DATES JUST ANNOUNCED

The music of The Grateful Dead will once again ring across Europe with Dark Star Orchestra crossing the Atlantic for four live events this September. DSO is offering up a pair of performances happening at La Cigale in Paris, France September 22 & 23 and at London's Alexandra Palace Theatre September 26 & 27.
COLORADO BOUND FOR 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND

Dark Star Orchestra will bring their own form of fireworks this July for a run of shows over the July 4th weekend. The run starts on July 3 at the Gerald R Ford Amphitheater in Vail, followed by the band's return to The Mishawaka in Bellvue on July 4. The band then makes a stop at Levitt Pavilion in Denver on July 5, followed by the band's 30th show at the Boulder Theater in Boulder on July 6. 🇺🇸

Dark Star Orchestra is back in North Carolina this Spring with a two night stand at Salvage Station in Asheville on May 17-18, followed by their return to Greenfield Lake Amphitheater in Wilmington on May 19.

Dark Star Orchestra heads West for Winter Tour 2024! The band will embark on a 12-date tour beginning on January 25 in Tempe, AZ and continuing on to California with stops in Del Mar, LA, San Luis Obispo, Menlo Park, San Francisco, Monterey and Napa. The bus will then head north for shows in Bend, Bellingham and Seattle. The tour will wrap up in Portland, OR on February 10.

The band is thrilled to return to Asheville, NC for a two night stand at Salvage Station on June 16 & 17. Then back out West in July with a stop at the Nevada County Fairgrounds in Grass Valley, CA on July 12 and the ALC Foundation Benefit Concert in Carbondale, CO on July 15th at Golf at River Valley Ranch.

The band rolls into East Hampton, NY for their first show at The Clubhouse on August 14 and then head to the Freeman Stage in Selbyville, DE on August 16.

Dark Star Orchestra has had their sites on touring Europe to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Europe '72 for nearly a decade. We are absolutely thrilled to cross the pond and start our trek at Shepherd's Bush Empire in London, UK on September 13, followed by a gig at Olympia in Paris, France on September 17.
