SAVE OUR STAGES ACT BECOMES LAW

It’s been the toughest of years with all of us being quarantined from live music, our friends, our family and gatherings that bring us all together. We have been off of the road for nearly a year, venues have been dark, our crew has been sidelined and our fans have been left starving for live music, however by coming together we have done some great things.

Thanks to all of you fans who have been so supportive by checking out our streams and band merchandise, donating to our ‘Help on the Way’ initiative for our crew and for joining us at the drive-ins. And a special thanks to the monumental grassroots movement of 2.1 million fans who wrote to your elected officials (reaching all 535 congresspeople) and helped pass the Save Our Stages Act as part of the COVID-19 Relief Bill. This $15 billion in relief will help save hundreds of independent venues and thousands of industry personnel from the devastation brought on by the pandemic, and when the time is right, will allow us to get on the road again, to play our favorite venues and events for the best fans in the world. ​ Its mind blowing that together we literally saved hundreds of cultural institutions and the livelihood of thousands while protecting the future reach and impact of live music for generations to come. ​ We put the government to work for us and for those interested, you can read more here.
