Summer Tour Starts; 3 Sets In Bond
Posted on: June 29, 2012
DSO kicked off the first leg of the Meet Me At The Jubilee Summer Tour 2012 on Thursday night in Denver, with a smokin’ recreation of an ’83 Red Rocks set that left the crowd tired, sweaty, smiling, and anxiously speculating on what shows and eras the band would break out over the rest of the weekend in Colorado. One hint we can offer is that on Sunday night – after the benefit at Left Hand Brewing in Longmont and Saturday’s early bird special in Steamboat Springs (6 p.m. start!) – DSO will treat the crowd at the State Bridge Lodge in Bond to a legendary 3-set show that features one acoustic set and two full electrics. We won’t reveal the date, but can assure you the psychedelic quotient of this show gives true meaning to the word “electric!” Tickets for most shows are here, and don’t forget to check out the Dark Star Jubilee page, with all the info on our inaugural Labor Day weekend festival that sets the bar for all the ones that follow. Join us on the road this summer and we’ll meet you at The Jubilee!
